First you should first know how spammers use web proxies to send emails. Actually they don't use smtp protocal so stop smtp service in your server doesn't help at all. They use your web proxies to log in some free web emails like cox.net/gmail.com etc, and then send those spam emails from the free email suppliers. Your web proxy IP address will be logged as the sender in the email so if the email is marked as spam, the anti-spam organizations such as spamcop.net will send a complain to the IP address owner (usually your hosting provider), and your hosting provider will warning you or even suspend your account to prevent themselves.

After you know how spammers send spam emails, the solution is very easy. If you're able to control your server or vps, just add faked ip address for the well known free email providers in your /etc/hosts file. You can choose either 74.125.31.113 (google) or 127.0.0.1 (local) as the faked ip address:

If you're unable to control your machine, for example you only have shared account from hosting provider, and if you're using Glype as your web proxy script, you have another easy way to block those free email providers' websites. Just log in your Glype admin control panel (http://youdomain.com/admin.php), you will find a section called "Website access control". Add the following domains in the "Blacklist", your web proxy will automatically block all attempts to visit the free email providers:

This is an excellent free proxy hosting service. No issues so far, simply great !

Instead of it, I will suggest and list a few awesome vps plans from different vps providers for customer to choose. Customers pay for the hosting cost direct to the vps company and I will setup specialized hosting environment for proxies. Of course customers need to pay a few bucks for my service which means "PAID".

I think my plan has some advantages than normal proxy hostings:

1. Cheaper: for $15/year you will get 500G bandwidth and for $7/month you will get at least 1000G bandwidth, from most of the low end box providers. You get much much more resources than normal proxy hosting at a same price.
2. Host unlimited proxy domains: of course, you control your vps.
3. Dedicate IP(s): you can use the dedicate IP(s) to bind your domains easier or setup SSL with your proxy domain.

However there may be a few disadvantages:
1. No control panel: not enough money to pay for a cPanel license lol. But I will give you an easy script to add your proxy domains.
2. No services after I setup the vpses: you know, most of the low end vpses are unmanaged, so you will only get support for hardware/network issue from the vps providers.
